Acceptance of Terms

By using QueKey's authentication services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Service Description

QueKey provides passwordless authentication services using face recognition technology. Our services include:

• OAuth 2.0 compliant authentication APIs
• Developer dashboard and management tools
• Sandbox and production environments
• Technical support and documentation

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your developer credentials
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Report security vulnerabilities responsibly

Pricing and Payment

• Sandbox environment is free with usage limits
• Production usage is charged at $0.01 per authentication
• $100 starter credit provided for new accounts
• Payments are processed monthly via credit card
• Refunds are provided for service outages exceeding SLA

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

Data and Privacy

Your use of QueKey is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Biometric data is processed locally on user devices and never transmitted to our servers.

Limitation of Liability

QueKey's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. Upon termination, you retain access to your data for 90 days.
